Mission

Our mission is to provide an environment that will strengthen the family and nurture relationships through educational, recreational, social, health and wellness management for children, youth and adults.  We offer fun and challenging programs and activities for people of all ages, ranging from the arts and dancing to music, exercise, and organized sports.

Overview

The Shiloh-McDonough Community Outreach Family Life Center (SCMO-FLC) is a 5013C agency of the Shiloh Baptist Church.  The center provides two types of membership plans for those who wish to become members of the Family Life Center. 

1. Shiloh Membership Plan –Shiloh membership plan is restricted to members of Shiloh Baptist Church, McDonough, GA.  In order to qualify for this plan, an individual must be an active member of Shiloh Baptist Church
2. Community Membership Plan – the Community membership plan is open to all individuals.

Amenities 

• Fitness Center – We have a fitness center to meet the most demanding needs.  The Fitness center is equipped with the latest equipment for cardio or muscle toning.
• Indoor Track – You may get your walk/run in without having to worry about the weather.  Sixteen (16) times around the track in a comfort of a controlled environment equals one mile.
• Senior Multipurpose Area –Serving as a ‘focal point’ in the community, two multipurpose rooms providing “one stop” meeting areas for seniors to access a variety of available resources.   Life enrichment classes, nutrition education, leisure and recreational activities.
• Gymnasium – Our wooden floor gymnasium can host basketball tournaments and many other organized sports. Come and shoot some hoops during open court or join one of our youth/adult leagues (additional cost) for scheduled play. There are bleachers to accommodate fans of all indoor sports.
• Full Size Production Stage– Equipped to accommodate Plays, Documentaries/Films, Community Partnership Forums, etc.
• Technology Lab – Want to learn how to use a computer, access the internet, or simply do some research for a class, check out the technology lab. After School and Day Camp youths will be able to use the Tech lab during scheduled time.  Members may reserve access time to the Tech lab (1 hour).  Additional hours may be available for a nominal fee (see Rental space for information).

CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN
Cash, Credit/Debit Card will be accepted for annual payment of membership at the time of enrollment.

DRAFT PAYMENT PLAN
Draft payments will be drafted monthly from your bank account on the first day of each month.

The monthly payment plan is on a “month-to-month” basis and can be stopped at any time.  A 30-day written notice is required to prevent extra monthly fee payment.

The enrollment fee (for Community members) with the first month fee,  prorated based on the date of enrollment, are due upon enrollment.
